Here with sad new again......

My leave of absence from my DT's has turned into a permanent leave. I will not be returning to either of my wonderful DT's come June. The time has come for me to step down from card designing and focus on achieving my Social Work degree. I need to be addressing some issues over the summer before I start my grueling senior year. I will be applying to graduate school next year and if accepted, I will enter into the MSW program upon completion of my BSW. This leaves me little time for any other commitments.

I've had a wonderful time on each DT and thank Bugaboo and RubberNecker for the opportunity to be part of their DT!

I will still be making cards I just won't have much time for blogging anymore. I want to thank everyone for following my blog over the last couple of years!! I will miss everyone!! If you would like to keep in touch, send me an email. I would love to hear from you!

HELLO!

Here with a bit of sad news.

I just wanted to stop in and let everyone that I won't be around much for the next two months.

I am taking a leave of absence from all of my Design Teams until I have finished out my semester at school.

I won't be gone forever, just until the last part of May or beginning of June.

My school schedule has become too demanding for me at the moment.

I'm a big fan of So You Think You Can Dance and thought it would be fun to leave a video of an audition that is forever stuck in my memory.

Robert's moves are UNREAL!

Bugaboo Challenge- Mono and Three Buttons

Its' Bugaboo Challenge time again.

This week we want you to come up with a Monochromatic Three Button project. Now....do as I say and not as I do.....I forgot I was suppose to use buttons on this card. Sorry for the confusion!

I will tell you, color challenges really ARE a challenge for me! I have never been good at them! I take things way to literal and don't think about how details can count as color elements. I had to leave a small portion of white on this card or I would have been on green overload =)

Today I made a birthday card for my Mother- In- Law. Today is her birthday along with my 'Step' Father- In- Law. How cool is it that they have the same B-day on St Patty's Day?

I finally got my Copic airbrush to work better than I have in the past. The green you see around the Label One Nestie is done with an airbrush and not ink like my normal routine. If I'm going to get better inking the edge with the airbrush, I guess I need to start using it =)

The green ribbon you see really looks more like the Garden Green background than it does in this picture. If you can't see I added Crystal Stickles to her tights and Crystal Effects to her glasses and mug of beer.

Bugaboo Challenge- Scallops

It's Bugaboo Challenge time again.

How about creating something with Scallops? You can do it!

Sounds pretty easy, but I was a bit stumped! I'm finding more and more that I'm getting stumped by challenges and I'm not sure why.

I decided to use the Label Eight Nestie as my reverse scallops and the circles as my scallops. I guess it's still scallops no matter how you look at it.

Jodie created this shoe line a couple months ago and I had to have every image in the set. They are super cute and easy to color. I think the sentiment works perfect because if I'm trying on shoes, it usually means if they fit, I'm going to buy the pair.

Bugaboo OBG- Love

It that time again......Bugaboo's OBG day.

I know Valentine's day is already past, but I made this card back in Jan when I needed a couple more V-day cards for family members. So I turned this Brat image into a Valentine.

I got these Nestie Heart Dies at Hobby Lobby right after Thanksgiving when they were 50% off. I've been wanting them for a while now and decided it was time since they were on sale.

I do tend to work way ahead when I'm making cards and thinking about holiday cards. It gives me a bit of cushion if things get out of control with school or other life events.

If you can't see in the picture, I added glitter around the heart die cut and Crystal Stickles to her shirt and shoes.

Bugaboo OBG- So Sorry

It's Bugaboo's OBG day!

This is one of my favorite Bugaboo lines, The Brats. I think I'm pretty close to having all the images in the line now.

I kind of went in a new direction with this layout. I decided to use squares and mostly straight lines. I couldn't get my mojo moving when I was making all my Bugaboo cards for the month of March. So most of my Bugaboo cards will be a bit different this month.

I thought a 'Sorry' sentiment worked out with this slingshot image.

Bugaboo Challenge- Green & Sketch

It's Bugaboo Challenge time again.

I couldn't wait to use my Good Luck Turtle for this challenge! This line of turtles is just so cute, even if green is the hardest Copic color for me to use.

I had fun creating this card! I changed the sketch just a wee bit and added another piece of card stock under the button panel. I still think it is pretty close to the original sketch, just a minor change =)

Bugaboo OBG- Boy Bear

Somehow I missed picking up this image from Bugaboo when it was available to us. How did I miss him, he is sooo adorable! I printed him off immediately and colored him in. I kind of wanted to make a masculine card with this image so I used my trusty Denium DP again.

Bugaboo OBG- Skating

Bugaboo OBG day here!

I love to watch Ice Skating in the Olympics so I had to have this image when I saw it in the store. It amazes me the things they can do on the ice. I will thank my grandmother for getting me hooked on watching this sport. When I spent time at my grandparents house when I was little, my grandmother would be watching whatever ice skating competition was on. I guess that is where I become mesmerized by the what they were doing on the ice.

Bugaboo Challenge- Different Fold

Welcome to another Bugaboo Challenge!

Let me tell you, I wasn't! I was scared to death making this! The funny thing, I love how it turned out! So why on earth was I so scared? I guess it was change. Oh that change word! Change can be so hard for me at times.

I saw Jeanette do a you tube video using this color combo on a mouse and I HAD to try it out. I also got the idea of making this gate fold card over at SCS. Bugaboo OBG- Basket o' Hearts!

It's that time again! Bugaboo OBG!

I think I have everyone one of the image in this set. If you don't know, I'm a sucker for hearts! All of the images in this set have hearts. Hearts in baskets, hearts in pots. Hearts, hearts, everywhere hearts. In a perfect world I would be living surrounded by heart objects =)

This card turned out a bit different than I had imaged. I could not find a teal that matched my coloring and the reds look a bit 'off ' from each other. But that is what tomorrow is for....making more cards! =) Can't get em perfect everytime.

Bugaboo OBG- Maggie Brat

It's Oldie but Goodie day at Bugaboo.

I have used the Maggie Angel Brat line for my card today. I colored this image in a while ago so it will look a bit different than the coloring I do now. It is amazing how coloring skills can change over 6-9 months just by practice.

Maggie's little heart was just begging for a sentiment inside. I know my fellow friend and DT member Peggy just did this with the Maggie image, but I promise mine was done a while ago. I would hate for anyone to think I was copying their work so I feel the need for explanation here =)

I already know how I will be sending this card to for V-day! It's great to have an individual in mind when making a card.

Ours is just as playful as this image is. Cats definitely have a mind of their own, well at least ours does. Mine knows my morning routine by heart.

Rubbernecker Heart House

Hello!

Of course when I saw this bird house with hearts on it from Rubbernecker I just know I had to have it. I'm sure you all know by now how parital I am to hearts.

I tried out my new heart Nesties on felt and it worked out perfect! Again this card was made on the weekend when my mojo was missing so it is a bit simple. I tend to lean toward simple when my mojo is misplaced.

If you can't see in the picture, I added Crystal Stickles to a couple lines on top of the bird house.

Senior Moment

Today I have a Rubbernecker card for you.

This image made me "crack up" when I saw it and I knew I had to have it! I think the sentiment goes perfect with the image. I just love his little undies with hearts on them.I was having a bad mojo weekend when I made this card so the design came out pretty simple.

I'm just loving this DP by American Crafts. I only bought one piece because I was unsure if I was going to like it. Now I'm wondering why I didn't buy more of it. I get caught in a bad spot when I'm at the store. I think, I really don't need multiple piece of DP, but when I get home I wonder why I didn't buy more. Strange place to be in =)

This is one of my very favorite Bugaboo lines- The Brats. I didn't think I wanted to get this image, but I keep seeing it in the store and I ended up needing to have it =)

She is adorable and makes me think of kids getting together to ride bikes. I guess that is the reason for why I choose this sentiment.

I'm not sure if you can see I added Stickles to her handlebar fringe. Anyone else remember having sparkly streamers? Kinda makes me wish I had some on my bike now =) Hahaha

Exciting News!

I get to announce my exciting news I've been holding in all week. YAY!!

I've talked about Maria here on my blog before. We went to the consumer CHA show in Chicago last summer together.

I was not planning to join any more DTs because of my school schedule, but Dave was so nice about my time constraints that I accepted.

I'm so excited to be joining this amazing team of women!

This stamp is from the new line called Fashion Ladies. This is one of my favorite stamps in the line and her name is Daphne.

This is kind of a simple card, but my MoJo was misplaced this weekend. I'm hoping it returns soon!

Bugaboo- Tutorial

Welcome to my Bugaboo Tutorial!

I found this cute little pencil box a couple of years ago at Laurie's blog and made one a couple of months ago.I thought I would show you how to put one of these together.

STEP ONE: Supplies needed for this project

STEP TWO:

Cut a square in a piece of card stock 6 3/8" x 3 5/8" For this project my square is on the bottom right of this piece of card stock.

STEP THREE:

Mark and score your paper at 3/8", 1 5/8", 2", 3 1/4". Then turn the paper 90 degrees, mark and score at 3/8".

STEP FOUR:

(Sorry for the fuzzy picture! Note to self....take more pictures in case you don't get a clear one the first time)

Cut up the corner and middle flaps to the score line you just made. Cut out one of those corners.

STEP FIVE:

Fold and bend all score lines. Add adhesive to the middle of the score lines and adhere.

It's that easy!

You now have a finished pencil box. You can add more card stock around the box to dress it up a bit like I have.

Isn't Deacon just the cutest? I believe he is! He is just so funky!

This card is a bit simple, but I didn't want to over do it. I love that he is holding a heart. I'm a sucker for hearts and anything Valentine. I colored him in almost as fast as I printed him off.

Bugaboo ABaC- Chocolate Anyone?

Anything But a Card Bugaboo Monday here!

Words can not express how much I like making these little candy bar wrappers. They are my absolute favorite ABaC project to make. Not only because they have chocolate (who doesn't LOVE chocolate) but because they are so super easy to make! I had this pre colored image just waiting to be used so I popped him up on the outside of this wrapper. I think this was one of my very first Bugaboo images I requested when I won a challenge. I colored this monkey way back in the days when I had no idea what I was doing with my Copic markers so he needs some work.

Here it is......OBG Thursday at Bugaboo.

I used this months Freebie image from the Newsletter because he is just super cute! Although I had a really hard time coloring with greens again. Green Copics are not my thing. I can't find a color combo that works for me. Oh well, guess I need to buy some more green combos to see if any NEW markers might work for me. LOL! The more I looked at the mixed up greens, the more I thought the stocking kind of looks like velvet.

For some reason this card puts a smile on my face. It must be the cute little bear that does this to me. Hope it does the same for you =)

Bugaboo New Release

Welcome to Bugaboo New Release Day!

I'm loving this new Winter Bird that Jodie created and I couldn't wait to color her in.

I'm not sure I'm liking the bright yellow paper on the card now that's loaded here, it's pretty bright. I guess I'm unsure about it because I'm more of a pastel girl. When I use bright colors my mind is a bit thrown off.

I've been taking pictures of my card differently these days. The sunlight is different in the winter here, so the window where I normally take pictures of my cards is not working anymore. This picture still looks dark to me so I'm guessing I need a couple more lights around my light box.

My Last DeNami Day

I love this little 'sweet' DeNami stamp! It is so super cute! How can you resist all these sweet treats?

Sorry the picture is a bit dark, bad sunlight day at my house...LOL! I had a ton of fun coloring in this image. I think I have more fun coloring in candy and treats, for obvious reasons =) You can't tell in the picture, but I added glitter to the little chics hats.
On a sad note, this will be my last required card for my DT commitments with DeNami. I again want to thank Paulina and Nami for giving me the opportunity to be part of the DeNami team!

WHOO HOOOOO......did I fun with this one. I instantly knew I wanted to use this drunk JJ for the challenge. How could I not?!?! I'm sure there are plenty of you out there (me included) who have had at least

one New Year's eve that looked like this....LOL!!! =)

My hubby finally found me an adaptor for my Copic Airbrush System that I got back in July. So I tried it out on this die cut, but I used a light color and it didn't show up very much. Looks like I need to keep practicing with it.

Bugaboo OBG

It's another OBG day at Bugaboo.

Turtles have never really been a thing of mine, but Jodie just makes them so cute I had to have this winter turtle. I did have a lot of fun coloring this one.

Please don't look too close at the coloring. Somehow I used a lighter green that bled into the darker green. It left a strange line that I couldn't get rid of. I'm not very good with green Copics for some reason. I only have one combo that works really well. These greens were not it =)

Hello!

I love this wonderful Large Holly stamp from DeNami. It is just perfect for Holiday cards! The image is a bit bigger, so you can mass produce these cards in no time. So much fun to add rhinestones to the middle for a bit of sparkle. You can't really see in the picture but I added glitter to some of the leaves. I really like the end product of this card, even though it is more plain. I think the Holly stands perfect on it's own.

Welcome to another DeNami feature product.

I sure am excited about this stamp. It is another one of my favorites from the new release. You can do so many fun things with this stamp.

This card turned out nothing like the idea I had in my head. I really thought this would have been cuter. I tried to make the beads look like snow and they came out looking like beads. Go figure. It was fun to cut out all the little "accessories" to fit on the tree though.

On a sad side note, this will be my last challenge as a DT member for DeNami. I have had to step down from my position because of my demanding school schedule. I have had a wonderful time being part of the amazing DT. I want to thank Paulina and Nami for letting me join the DeNami family and supporting me during my time there!

I have a simple little pretzel tin to show you today. This was super easy to put together. You could really make this on the fly if you needed to. Color image and cut out, dip pretzels and let them dry, add a strip of border cut paper and add a bow...It really is that easy. Just in case you need a quick gift for someone this month.

Bugaboo Challenge- Winter Wonderland

We want you to make something that sparkles, shines and screams Winter Wonderland. How fun is that!?!?

My picture is a bit dark but I added Crystal Stickles to the bottom of JJ's jacket and added rhinestones around the scalloped sentiment. This is my idea of a Winter Wonderland, ice skating in Central Park or at The Rockefeller Center. My hubby and I went to New York a couple wks before X-mas about 4yrs ago. Things are so magical there this time of year. Don't even get me started on the window displays =)

It's OBG day at Bugaboo!

These little Holiday Penguins Jodie makes are adorable! I couldn't resist making at least one for the holidays. If you can believe it, I have not been able to find any X-mas DP that I like. Urghhhh! I have been everywhere trying to find something that works. I had to settle on some paper that I found at Hobby Lobby. I didn't think I was going to like this paper, but it turns out, I really like how it looks! I was playing around with extra card stock die cuts and came up with this layout.

Don't mind my I messed up the Penguins feet, they were suppose to be orange. But then again, I guess I'm living in my own creative world so they can be whatever color I want right =)

I love the line of Brat images from Bugaboo. The boys in the line are perfect for masculine cards. I think this image is sooo irresistible. Who would not love to have a cute boy in a wagon with his dog. I have this denim paper that I picked up at Hobby Lobby a couple years ago that I love to use on masculine cards. I think it was a perfect fit for this card.

It's Bugaboo Release Day!

Whoo Hoo....I'm so excited to show you this release today!!! I've been waiting for Jodie to make some Diva Designer Shoes! I can't wait to see the rest of the set, even though I rarely wear high heels.

I tried to make this card look like shoes in a store window. I love to window shop for shoes, especially high heels because I can't walk in them =) I wear heels maybe once or twice a year to nice events and I can't wait to get home and take them off. They are not my thing, but I LOVE to look at them.

Welcome to my DeNami Day!

I just love this small little flower stamp. I have been using it on a ton of cards recently. I don't like to color it in, I think it looks so cute lightly colored. I also wanted to go with a simple layout for this one and use some popping color combos. I loving this blue and brown color combo.

I'm kind of out of words these days, so my blog posts keep getting shorter and shorter. You know how you just have some days when you don't have much to say, well today is one of those days.

I knew exactly what I stamp I wanted to use for this sketch. These Monkeys are so much fun to work with that I pulled them out for this challenge. They seem to be perfect for an anytime kind of card. I'm still hooked on these fall colors and used them again, even though we are heading into the X-mas season.

I just love the yellow in this DP. It reminds me of monkeys when I look at it.

I really wanted to have this Skiing Mimi stamp, not sure why. I have lived in Colorado all my life and I've been skiing less than 20 days. I like to ski but I would rather be home stamping instead. I'm not much of a cold weather sports person either. I have to bundle up so much I look like the kid in the X-mas story movie that falls over because he has so many clothes on.LOL!

This week JoAnn picked out the colors and she did an amazing job, they are SO fall!

I wanted to use my Mimi and Pumpkin Patch stamp again. I just love this stamp! I'm not sure you can tell in the picture, but my ribbon is Vanilla. Color challenge cards take me (years) to put together....LOL! They are REALLY hard for me! I tend to think of colors in literal terms like paper colors. My mind does not jump to things like embellishments. I guess I need more training, time to make more cards.

I think this image is so much fun! I'm sure you can see I used Icicle Stickles on his glasses, really turns up the heat on this Cool Cat. I'm really hoping Jodie makes more of these Cats! I tried to make this a more masculine card, but I'm not sure I succeeded. I ended up using Rhinestones and I'm not sure any man likes them as much as I do =)

Here is another one of my DeNami Days!

I love these little drink stamps from DeNami and had the idea of making them into a Halloween invite. The background paper was something I picked up in the clearance area at Archiver's and I ended up loving it. I tried to make this scene look like a table. I'm not a big bow person, but I love the way it stands out up at the top of the card.

Bugaboo Challenge- Just Cause

It's Bugaboo Challenge time!

This week we have a fun and creative challenge, Just Cause. That means you can pick any cause you care about and make a card based on it. I have so many I want to support that I couldn't choose. I decided to stay with Breast Cancer since I already had a card made and I know a couple people who have battled Breast Cancer. I'm sure we all have a cause we would like to support.

So I thought I would dedicate my blog post to another cause close to my heart, Kidney Disease.

My kidneys don't function at full capacity. This is due to a rare disease I got as a child which my kidneys were not able to recover from. I don't have any issues today...YAY...but others are not so lucky. People with chronic kidney disease must be on dialysis. This process takes 4 hrs three days a week to complete. This does not end until they get a kidney. Some individuals wait years to get a kidney because the organ list is so long. Dialysis definitely takes away quality of life! I feel everyone deserves to have quality of life! I know everyone has their own beliefs, but I fully support organ donation for this reason!

OK....I will get off my soapbox now. Just thought I would do a bit of advocating for my kidney peeps because I know what they are going through.

Bubaboo Freebie Friday

It's Bugaboo Freebie Friday again!

This week is an awesome set for Breast Cancer Awareness.

I know a few people who have had to battle this disease. I don't think any of them had fun doing it, who would! Most of them are in remission now which is great! YAY!

I had the pleasure of meeting Nancy Brinker, Susan G. Komen's sister at the Race for the Cure here in Denver a couple of weeks ago. I bought her book to read more about how she started such a huge movement to try and end Breast Cancer. Very inspiring lady to say the least!!!!

I wish they would find a cure for ALL cancer already!!

Welcome to another DeNami Featured Product.

This month we were given this cute and fun little Cornstalk image to play with. I had a great time trying to turn this card into Cornstalks over a fence. It turned out better than I had expected it to. This is the perfect Fall stamp, so much can be done with it!

I'm in love with these new Autum buttons DeNami came out with in July and seem to be using them on every Fall card I make. They are the perfect Fall colors!

FYI: OBG means Oldie But Goodie- any image in the Bugaboo store over a week old. I going to make a big statement and say the JJ line is one of my ultimate favorite line. EEkkkk... I picked a favorite Bugaboo line. I'm not sure what it is about JJ that I love so much, but I do. I'm loving the fall weather here in Colorado right now which means Halloween is coming soon. DeNami Day

Welcome to another one of my DeNami Days!

This is a different kind of card for me. I was just playing around with these image and this is what I came up with. I wasn't sure about the over all layout, but I left it because it was something different. I kind of let embossing take the design instead of doing a fancy layout.

When I got these vine borders I knew they would fit into my Labels One Nesites and I wanted to see what I could do with it. I think it looks simple and sweet. Hope you like the look of it.

I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan like the rest of the DT so I was a bit worried about making this card. I'm glad I got a girl image. She was easy enough to work with. I'm pretty happy with how the card turned out. I tried to do everything I could to make her sparkle. Her shoes, book and magic wand are coated in Star Dust Stickles.

DeNami Product- Ribbon

Welcome to another DeNami product card.

This week we were given ribbon as our product to work with and let me tell you, this was the most difficult challenge I have EVER had to do!! Ribbon is suppose to be an easy one right, usually it is. For some reason I was going for a completely different look and was coming out with things that were just not me. I wanted to try something creative with the ribbon instead of just tying it in a bow or knot. I wanted the ribbon to be my focal point and my mind just wasn't having it. I made 3 cards before this one turned out somewhat descent and I'm still unsure about it.

If you can't see from the picture I stamped on the ribbon and added the little stamped faces in between the sentiments. I wanted the theme to be Halloween since it will be here before you know it.

Anyone else ready for X-mas? I am! That will mean my ugly semester at school will be over. Can I get an OH YEAH! I might just party like a rock star when I'm finished. I wish, I'm asleep after one glass of wine. Light weight in da house.

Welcome to another Bugaboo Oldie But Goodie (OBG)!

FYI: OBG stands for any Bugaboo image over a week old.

I just love these Brats. They are one of Jodie's older line of images, but they are still super cool!

Hang in there, I wanted to have some fun with this blog post.

This image reminds me of my best friend, Tracey. It is kind of a cool story how me met. Our mom's were friends before we were born. After Tracey and I were born our mom's would still have girls day but they would bring us along. We were forced to play together =) Make a long story short, we have been friends ever since. I purposely colored this image to look like the two of us. I thought it might be kind of fun to post a picture of us. Don't we look like Jodie's Brat image?

Yeah, you know it, I'm styling! A Polaroid and perm rollers. What a great 80's pic!!! Tracey is wondering what I'm doing to myself that smells so bad. We still laugh at this picture! Hope you are laughing now! I'm guessing I was around 5 or 6 old which means Tracey would have been 4 or 5 yrs old.

This is us at my wedding 6 yrs ago. Tracey is on the right and my other long time friend Donna is on the left. Traded the perm for a bouquet of flowers!

I told you we look like Jodie's Best Friend Brat image, minus the perm rollers. What you think?

Welcome to another DeNami Day!

FALL- my favorite season!

How can anyone resist the changing colors of Aspen trees here in Colorado? They are my inspiration for this card. These trees are one of the reasons I love it here so much!

I love this tree because I have seen so many cute ideas for stamping with it and I keep getting more ideas just as I look at it. When I got this stamp my idea was to use buttons on it. DeNami just came out with a button pack that has a ton of fall colors in it which was perfect for my a fall tree. Now....mine looks NOTHING like the real thing, but if I can take inspiration from it, I'm going to use it.

Today I'm featuring the Floral Arch. I could not use my Copic Markers on this card, so I'm not as happy with this the coloring of this image for that reason. I don't have any fall Copic marker colors. What is wrong with me? Wonder if my husband will buy the idea of me needing more Copic markers because I don't have any fall colors, I'm guessing not. LOL! But it would be worth a try just to see his reaction! I kind of messed around with the card for a long time. I couldn't get the layout just right. As I look at it right now I'm still not happy with it. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to make another =)

This month we were given this SUPER cute little Halloween stamp set to use. It has become one of my favorite DeNami stamp sets. There are so many uses for it!

As soon as I opened this set my, I had the idea of putting these little spiders on bottle caps. I have a ton of bottle caps which I never use and thought this would be the perfect card for them. I have so many it looks like I'm a alcoholic...LOL! I had to add the cute spider webs to the background! I just can't get enough of this set so I just keep stamping and stamping these images where ever I feel they fit on my cards =) Ever happen to anyone else?

Welcome to another Bugaboo Anything But a Card (ABaC) Day!

Eat at Your Own Risk is a perfect title for this "poisonous" little candy tin. Great for the coming Halloween holiday! One problem, it is for my niece and she LOVES the color pink so of course I had to make it pink! I added a few rhinestones to the head band for some more bling because she loves bling too. You can see I added some little mints inside for a sweet treat. I also added some rhinestones to the side of the tin too.

Bugboo Stitch in Time Challege

Welcome to another Bugaboo Challenge!

This time we are asking that you make a Stitch in Time themed card with fall colors. At first I was stumped by this! What, a Stitch in Time, what is that suppose to mean? Well I STILL don't know how to sew on paper so that was out and I didn't have another other image that was sparking my mojo. I kept seeing this little fisher boy in my Bugaboo Digital folder and I really wanted to use him for this challenge. So I just made it work. I'm sure a stitch in time represents something different to us all. The special moments in life that make it so worth being here is what inspired me to make this card and I'm very happy with how it turned out! I was worried about the color of his overalls, but in the end I'm happy with how they look.

Jodie continues to crack me up with her sentiments! I just love this one!

I went very bold on this one. P.A.R.T.Y came to mind when I saw this image and I went to a red wild background. Doesn't she look ready to party? Just a fun card and a bit out of the norm for me. Every once in a while you just gotta say heck with it and let loose. Well at this this is what the voices in my head tell me now that I'm back in classes full time again. DeNami Day- Wooden Clips

Short and sweet post today.

I wanted to show you the wooden clips I made at the same time I made my paper clip ones. I have always wanted to stamp on the handle of a wooden clip and make a cute little holder of some kind out of it, I finally got the chance. I really like the way they turned out and could imagine giving them as a small gift. My idea after I came up with this set was to use a kitchen stamp set of some kind or the cute DeNami fruits and use them as recipe holders. I have also seen these used as photo holders.
