Bugaboo Challenge

Happy Saturday and welcome to another Bugaboo  Challenge.

This week we were given the challenge of making a card with the World Cup in mind. We were to use the colors of the team we wish to win or use colors of a sports team we like. I'm not much of a girl who watches sports, I would rather be playing with my stamps! I played soccer for 7 yrs so I love to watch the World Cup, but I didn't want to make a soccer card. I have to be a bit different if I have the choice =) So I decided to make this little cutie into the colors of my husbands favorite Baseball team, the Boston Red Socks. I was informed by hubby that I made the hat color wrong, it should be blue. What does he know about stamping. I really wanted her to have a red cap and I didn't want to compromise for the sake of reality. LOL! 

I'm not very good at making scenes with my card but I tried to take elements from a baseball field. Well at least one I would want to play on; cork fields instead of dirt and of course scalloped fences.
